SOLD | Pair of Vintage Barovier Murano Sconce, Italy, 1940s
Very unique and elegant pair of Italian Murano wall lights by Barovier with a ‘bullicante’ glass shade and brass fixtures. The molded glass shade has lovely wavy detailing on its edges and a soft and delicate bubble texture. The curved stem is also made from Murano glass and secured by a rounded brass bracket. Beautiful Italian craftsmanship is seen throughout with superb workmanship to the mouth-blown glass. Made in Italy, 1940s.
Excellent vintage condition with some signs of wear. Brass has been lightly polished but still retaining lots of its beautiful patina. Newly wired. Sourced from Italy.
